Michael Cleggins, Physique Prospect, Powerlifter, Personal Training Enthusiast, and Owner/Founder of Check In Fitness, decided to take his fitness journey to a new level by hiking to Paradise Cove to take a breath of fresh air and take in the fascinating features of nature.

Pilates event with none other than Sammy Schultz, Team USA Olympian, and Certified Pilates Instructor. This event took place in collaboration with Athleta and Altitude Nutrition, and a calming finish with Missy Romero in a Healing Sound Bath!!

Team “Practice Squad” as they play into their third game in the Olympic City USA 2022 Adult Flag Football Tournament. Although they haven’t played together prior, they gather friends and family as they take on the opposing team with pride, adrenaline, and tremendous teamwork. 

Although some were reluctant to make take those first steps off the path (one of them would be ME!!), soldiers came together to encourage each other for team cohesion and motivation while participating in the Adventure Out West Ziplining Tour. Working from 225 feet to 650 feet across five different ziplines, each and every soldier was able to conquer their fears and have a good time.
